  1. In order to be considered for this scholarship, you must have the intention to present your findings at a professional meeting. Please confirm your intent to present.
  2. Please provide a 1-2 page research proposal or outline for research you plan to conduct under the mentorship of a CNS faculty member. Your proposal statement MUST include estimated expenses of research.
  3. Please provide a document of support from a faculty member who agrees to supervise your research project.
