1) Enrolled and pursuing a degree within the Walter Scott, Jr. College of Engineering at Colorado State University 2) maintain an overall 3.0 GPA 3) First-generation college student as defined by Colorado State University 4) Demonstrate financial need 5) Demonstrate involvement in the CSU registered student program of PROGRESS for Engineers (The scholarship may be renewable if the student reapplies, continues to meet criteria and is selected by the scholarship committee)
