1) Graduate student enrolled in the Dept. of Civil & Environmental Engineering within the Walter Scott Jr., College of Engineering at Colorado State University 2) Demonstrate academic excellence 3) preference for students who demonstrate financial need, and/or 4) Interest in water and/or 5) Interest in international development may be considered. (May be renewable if the student reapplies, continues to meet criteria and is selected by the scholarship committee)
