WANDA MAYBERRY SCHOLARSHIP

1) Enrolled in the Department of Occupational Therapy within the College of Health and Human Sciences at Colorado State University 2) Successfully completed Level I fieldwork and has approval of the Head of the Department of Occupational Therapy to begin Level II fieldwork 3) Financial need 4) OT students from rural settings or non-traditional age students, and/or students with a demonstrated commitment to community or advocacy service on a CSU campus/in a CSU program or activity are encouraged to apply
