1) Undergraduate student enrolled in the Walter Scott, Jr. College of Engineering at Colorado State University 2) Pursuing a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering 3) Maintain a cumulative 3.5 G.P.A. (first year students or transfer students shall have maintained a minimum cumulative 3.5 G.P.A. at their respective high schools or college courses) 4) Demonstrate financial need 5) Be a resident of Colorado (Scholarship is renewable if the recipient continues to meet all criteria, reapplies annually and is selected by the scholarship committee)
