1) Enrolled in a degree program at Colorado State University 2) Be from rural Colorado areas (excluding the Denver-Metro area) as defined by the Colorado Department of Education 3) Maintain good academic standing (the scholarship may be renewable for up to four years if the student reapplies, continues to meet criteria and is selected by the scholarship committee)
