Bill Martin Educational Grant
Overview
The Bill Martin Educational Grant Fund, established in September 2002, honors and memorializes Bill Martin who served a distinguished career in the water environment profession and who passed away on August 7, 2002. This fund was created to encourage graduating high school students who wish to pursue higher education in the water environment field by providing an educational grant to their selected college or university.
Eligibility
Applicant must be a graduating high school student, enrolling in a 2- or 4-year college or university for study related to the water environment profession.
Applicant must be from Colorado, Wyoming, or New Mexico and in good academic standing.
Selected applicant(s) must show proof of enrollment in the environment-related program at their college or university for fall 2025 to receive grant. Grants are paid directly to the student’s account at their school.

$2500 and is awarded yearly
