1) Undergraduate enrolled in the Walter Scott, Jr. College of Engineering at Colorado State University 2) Majoring in Civil Engineering 3) Demonstrate financial need as established by the Office of Financial Aid at CSU AND/OR demonstrate extenuating financial need 4) Maintain a cumulative 3.0 GPA (The scholarship shall be renewable for up to 4 years if the student reapplies and continues to meet criteria)
