1) Undergraduate enrolled in the Walter Scott, Jr. College of Engineering at Colorado State University 2) Pursuing a degree in Construction Engineering 3) Maintain a 2.8 GPA or higher 4) Financial need (The scholarship shall be renewable if the student reapplies and continues to meet the criteria)
