1) Full-time graduate enrolled in the DVM program within the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at Colorado State University 2) Demonstrate financial need as established by the office of Financial Aid at CSU and/or demonstrate extenuating financial need 3) Demonstrated interest in shelter medicine (Renewable if the student reapplies and continues to meet criteria)
