1) Full-time undergraduate majoring in a Horticulture or Landscape Architecture Academic Program within the Department of Horticulture & Landscape Architecture in the College of Agricultural Sciences at Colorado State University 2) Demonstrate financial need as established by the Office of Financial Aid of Colorado State University 3) Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (the scholarship may be renewable if the recipient reapplies annually, continues to meet all criteria, and is selected by the scholarship committee)
