1) Enrolled in the College of Agricultural Sciences at Colorado State University 2) Resident of Colorado 3) Participation in FFA and/or 4-H 4) Demonstrated FFA and/or 4-H leadership experience 5) Preference to students who completed an officer position in the Colorado State FFA Association or Colorado 4-H Program.
