*Enrolled/admitted to a college/university/technical institution
*Must be in a utility related field of study, including but not limited to: engineering, chemistry, business administration, human resources, accounting, occupational safety, nursing, & vocational programs (welding)
*Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on 4.0 scale
*Minimum semester GPA of 2.0 on 4.0 scale
*Full-time status (minimum of 12 semester credit hours)
