DR. BILLY JOE AND DR. CAROLINE B. MITCHELL SCHOLARSHIP

1) full-time graduate or undergraduate pursuing a major in the colleges of: Agricultural Sciences, Business, Engineering, Health and Human Sciences, Natural Resources, Natural Sciences or Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences 2) Demonstrate financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid 3) Incoming GPA of 3.0 and maintain an overall 3.0 GPA at CSU (The scholarship may be renewable for up to five years provided the recipient continues to meet all criteria and reapplies annually)
