1)Admitted to and enrolled in a major program of study in the Journalism and Media Communication department (or its successor) at Colorado State University 2) Graduate from a high school in Durango School District 9-R 3) Preference to students who are first generation and who demonstrate financial need as determined by the Office of financial Aid (renewable for up to four years provided the recipient continues to meet the eligibility requirements or alternative permissible basis for selection)
