1) full-time graduate or undergraduate enrolled in the Construction Management Department within the College of Health and Human Sciences at Colorado State University 2) Enrolled less than full-time while pursuing an internship 3) Financial need 4) First generation student 5) Preference given to students who participate in one of CSU’s cultural centers 6) Preference shall be given to Colorado Residents
