1) Enrolled in the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Program within the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at Colorado State University 2) Demonstrate financial need as established by the Office of Financial Aid at CSU 3) Consideration shall be given to a student who is planning to enter the military service (primary), other public practice (secondary), or is a veteran (tertiary).
