BRUCE AND LETHA WHITMORE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

1) Sophomore, junior, or senior who was a former member of a 4-H Club in Kiowa County, Colorado 2) Must be a Colorado resident 3) Based on scholarship, leadership ability, and evidence of good citizenship 4) Need is desirable, but not mandatory (May be renewable if student maintains eligibility and re-applies and is selected by the scholarship committee)
