1) Full-time students in the Department of Design and Merchandising, majoring in Apparel Design and Production and/or Merchandising 2) Planning to participate in a study abroad tour, program, or internship 3) Demonstrate financial need as established by the Office of Student Financial Services of CSU 4) Maintain an overall 3.0 GPA 5) Preference shall be given to undergraduate students
