DR. SHARON E. AND DAVID E. KABES SCHOLARSHIP

1) Graduate student majoring in Biology or in an interdisciplinary program with the provision that the student’s major advisor is a faculty member of the Biology Department – this would include, but not be limited to programs such as the Graduate Degree Program in Ecology (GDPE) or Cell and Molecular Biology (CMB) 2) Have a minimum 3.0 GPA 3) Demonstrate active engagement and academic curiosity within the Department of Biology – this may be exhibited by exceptional leadership, teaching, outreach, or innovative research in their chosen field of work (Scholarship(s) may be renewable, if the recipient(s) continue to meet all the criteria and an application is submitted each year)
