1) Student in any field & year of study 2) Financial need 3) Enrolled in minimum of 9 credits 4) Must be currently employed or want to be part of workforce 5) Cannot have graduated from High School within the past two years 6) Demonstrate a wide range of community/campus activities 7) Preference to award to a woman 8) Preference to Colorado resident
