1) Full or part time graduate or full time undergraduate student enrolled in the Walter Scott, Jr. College of Engineering 2) Financial need 3) Preference to first-Generation students who are either undergraduate students with interest in the area of transportation infrastructure or graduate students identified as a top candidate for the Master or PHD program in Systems Engineering
