TODD KELLY MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

1) Junior or Senior undergraduate student or Graduate student enrolled in the Educator Preparation Program in the College of Health and Human Sciences at Colorado State University 2) Demonstrate financial need as established by the University’s Office of Financial Aid OR identified financial need based on special circumstances as described by the student and approved by the scholarship selection committee (The scholarship may be renewable if the recipients reapply annually, continue to meet all criteria and are selected by the scholarship committee)
