1) Enrolled in scientific courses of study in College of Engineering 2) Maintain a minimum overall 3.3 GPA 3) Have demonstrated financial need 4) Primary consideration given to a Colorado resident although residency is not a requirement (Recipients may reapply for scholarship as long as they continue to meet the established criteria)
