1) Graduate student pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering 2) Maintain a minimum cumulative 3.5 GPA 3) Display an interest in water resources or open channel water flow 4) Preference given to United States citizens and/or permanent residents 5) Primary consideration given to students who wish to pursue a career in the teaching profession
