1) Freshman enrolled in the Walter Scott College of Engineering at Colorado State University 2) U.S. citizen 3) Upper 2% in class rank & ACT/SAT 4) Must carry 14 credits per semester of the standard engineering curriculum 5) Maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA (Scholarship renewable each year for four years if student maintains a 3.0 GPA)
