1) Sophomore, junior or senior student enrolled in the Animal Science Department in the College of Agricultural Sciences 2) Demonstrate extraordinary merit and potential, evidenced by scholastic ability, leadership, and service to community 3) Be a resident of Colorado or Wyoming 4) Maintain an overall 3.5 GPA 5) Preference shall be given to students with career interests and an academic concentration in Livestock or Equine Sciences (Renewable for three years beginning with the student’s sophomore year, provided the recipient continues to meet all criteria)
