LIVINGSTON REAL ESTATE & DEVELOPMENT SCHOLARSHIP

1) Part-time or full-time undergraduate student pursuing a major or minor in the College of Business 2) Demonstrate an interest in commercial real estate which may, but is not limited to, participation in a real estate club, or an internship or employment with a real estate firm 3) Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA in the two semesters prior to the scholarship application submittal 4) Preference shall be given to a student pursuing a concentration in real estate, or concurrently pursuing a major in Construction Management and a minor in Business – if no applicants fit these criteria, the scholarship may be awarded to a student majoring in Business or Construction Management who meets all other criteria
