1) Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department in the Walter Scott, Jr. College of Engineering at Colorado State University 2) Have attained a minimum class level status of second year or higher 3) Colorado resident 4) Have an overall minimum 3.0 GPA (Scholarship shall not be renewable)
