PHILLIPS-STENCEL FIRST GENERATION AWARD SCHOLARSHIP

1) New incoming or transfer undergraduate student in a degree program in any college at CSU 2) First generation student (neither parent nor student has received a bachelor’s or graduate degree) 3) Demonstrate potential for academic success 4) Demonstrate financial need as established by the Office of Financial Aid of CSU 5) Attended a Colorado high school for at least three years and graduated from a Colorado high school 6) Enrolled in the Community for Excellence Scholar Program (The scholarship may be renewable for up to five years if the recipient continues to meet all renewal criteria established by the First Generation Award program, reapplies annually, and is selected by the scholarship committee)
