1) Enrolled as a full-time freshman within College of Engineering 2) Have had a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 3.2 and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 as an engineering student 3) Demonstrate involvement in extracurricular activities 4) Demonstrate financial need as established of the Office of Student Financial Services of CSU
