1) Be head of household and a single parent 2) Full-time undergraduate student pursuing any major in any college 3) Resident of Colorado 4) Demonstrate financial need as established by the Office of Student Financial Services of CSU 5) Maintain an overall 3.0 GPA (Scholarship is non-renewable and may not be awarded to any student more than one year)
