1) Full-time undergraduate students enrolled in any major or college at CSU 2) Pursuing a concentration in Real Estate, a Real Estate option under the Finance concentration, or a minor in Real Estate (The scholarship may be renewable if the recipient(s) reapplies, continues to meet all criteria and is selected by the committee)
