1) Full-time undergraduate student enrolled in any college and any major at CSU 2) Be an incoming freshman or a sophomore 3) Maintain an overall 2.5 GPA 4) Financial need 5) Preference given to a student from underrepresented populations who qualify for support in accordance with the Asset Bill (per fund agreement)
