1) Enrolled as a graduate student in Chemical or Electrical Engineering 2) Good academic standing with the University 3) Preference shall be given to a U.S. Citizen 4) Preference shall also be given to a resident of Colorado (Scholarship may be renewable if all requirements continue to be met)
