1) Junior or senior majoring in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in health promotion 2) Overall 3.0 GPA 3) Demonstrate volunteer service in health promotion, not including practicum experiences for credit 4) Provide letter of recommendation from a supervisor at a practicum or volunteer site
