1) Enrolled in the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Program within the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at Colorado State University 2) Demonstrate financial need as established by the Office of Financial Services at Colorado State University 3) Colorado resident or a WICHE (Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education) Student (The scholarship may be renewable if the recipient reapplies annually, continues to meet the criteria and is selected by the scholarship committee)
