1) Full-time incoming first year undergraduate student enrolled in the College of Business at Colorado State University 2) Minimum cumulative 3.3 high school GPA 3) Demonstrate Financial need as established by the Office of Financial Aid 4) Demonstrate involvement in extra-curricular activities such as: athletics, student government, theater or other volunteer and/or community activities 5) Be a graduate of any high school in Pueblo, Colorado
