1) Full-time undergraduate pursuing at least 24 credits per academic year enrolled in the Walter Scott, Jr. College of Engineering at Colorado State University 2) Colorado resident 3) Recipient of the top-level award for a CSU Green & Gold Scholarship 4) Financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid at CSU 5) After meeting all criteria preference may also be given to first generation students (Will be renewable for up to four years, or five years if the student is in a dual-degree program, as long as the recipient continues to meet the criteria 1-4)
