DOROTHY HORRELL - MAKING THE BEST BETTER - SCHOLARSHIP

1) Full-time junior or senior enrolled in the College of Health and Human Sciences 2) Colorado resident 3) Have been actively involved in 4-H and demonstrated a commitment to the values and mission of 4-H 4) Maintain an overall 3.2 GPA 5) Be a student in good standing and maintain a course load of at least 12 credit hours per semester 6) Primary consideration shall be merit and academic achievement but preference may be given to students who demonstrate financial need as established of the Office of Student Financial Services of CSU (Scholarship may be renewed, at the discretion of the scholarship committee, for a second year for recipients who continue to meet the criteria and reapply)
