1) Full-time graduate in College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences 2) Major in Professional Veterinary Medicine 3) 4th year class level 4) Financial need 5) Emphasis on service to community during vet school not before (does not have to be vet school related, i.e. coaching soccer or vet school events)
