1) Entering graduate student in the Chemistry Department who has demonstrated outstanding performance in an undergraduate program and who has provided letter(s) of support from instructors in the student’s undergraduate program – or 2) Continuing graduate student in the Chemistry Department who has demonstrated outstanding performance in their graduate studies and who has provided letter(s) of support from their advisor and other faculty in the student’s graduate program
