1) Full-time undergraduate student enrolled in the College of Health and Human Sciences 2) Demonstrate financial need as established by the Office of Student Financial Services of CSU 3) Maintain an overall 3.2 GPA 4) Preference given to non-traditional students (defined for this purpose as those students who either did not enter college immediately after completing high school or who had an interruption in their college education and had to take time off).
