1) Full-time undergraduate student in College of Business 2) Major in Business Administration 3) Cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher after first CSU semester 4) Current Business Diversity and Leadership Alliance (BDLA) member 5) Completion of BUS496V – Social Justice and Leadership – must have included presenting at least one workshop or training with an advisor within the College of Business or elsewhere on campus
