1) Full or part-time undergrad level students pursuing first baccalaureate degree 2) Experienced a cumulative gap in education of 5 or more yrs 3) Anticipate participation in the workforce for a significant period of time subsequent to graduation and are ideally between the ages of 25-50 4) Demonstrate financial need 5) Show academic promise & commitment to obtaining degree 6) Preference given to newly matriculating students 7) Preference given to students having re-applied & continue to meet all criteria
