1) First generation, undergraduate student 2) Demonstrate financial need as established by the Office of Student Financial Services at CSU 3) Enrolled or accepted in a CSU approved Study Abroad Program 4) Submit a short, two to three paragraph, essay describing how the study abroad experience will enrich his/her studies and how they plan to “give back” to their community
