1) Graduate student participating in the Dual Degree Program between Colorado State University and the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) and who are pursuing research within the Dept. of Civil and Environmental Engineering in the Walter Scott, Jr. College of Engineering at CSU 2) Pursuing a degree in Geotechnical Engineering within the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering 3) Accepted into a graduate program that requires the student to conduct research and write a thesis or dissertation as the culmination of graduate studies 3) Maintain an overall 3.0 GPA
