1) Full-time undergraduate student pursuing a degree in the College of Agricultural Sciences 2) Have a class level status of senior 3) Demonstrate financial need as established by the Office of Student Financial Services of CSU 4) Maintain a cumulative 3.0 GPA 5) Have prior participation in 4-H or FFA 6) Be a resident of Colorado 6) Preference shall be given to northern Colorado residents
