1) Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student in any major 2) First generation college student of any grade status 3) Permanent resident of Colorado 4) Demonstrate financial need as established by the Office of Student Financial Services of CSU 5) Maintain an overall 2.5 GPA which applies to incoming freshmen as well as transfer students
