DVM STUDENT DEBT RELIEF SCHOLARSHIP

1) Full-time (9 hrs) graduate student enrolled at least in 2nd year in the DVM program in the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at Colorado State University 2) Demonstrate financial prudence and fiscal responsibility during their veterinary education 3) In state or WICHE (Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education) students only) 4) Submit essay question answering; A) "Do you feel that you have taken significant measures to reduce the amount debt you have incurred during your veterinary education? B) Have you been a previous recipient of the DVM Debt Relief Scholarship? C) Write an essay that describes actions you have taken which demonstrates your continued fiscal responsibility. D) Include details of how you have leveraged this and other opportunities, efforts, and measures towards your student debt reduction and academic success 5) Write an essay that outlines the specific measures you have taken to reduce your debt while in veterinary school. Include details of your plan to manage your debt while in school and in the future. Only those who are able to demonstrate considerable efforts will be considered for this award (Scholarship can be renewed)
